9-Keel Unified Theory Series: Cancer Trilogy - Paper 2: Tumor Formation and Progression: TCFD > C + R > D

This is the second paper in the 9-Keel Unified Theory Series: Cancer Trilogy, building on the foundational framework established in Paper 1. It introduces the cancer-specific formula TCFD > C (Tissue Cancer-related Functional Deficiency > Ang Constant) to systematically explain the mechanisms of tumor formation and progression, while clarifying the critical distinction between benign tumor states and progressive clinical cancer. Rooted in the Cell Innocence principle, this work demonstrates that a tumor is a passive adaptive repair tissue under long-term tissue overload, whereas cancer progression is driven by the continuous dominance of R > D (Resistance > Driving Force). This paper integrates the TCFD > C mechanism with the dynamic balance of R and D, providing a unified, measurable, and falsifiable framework for understanding and intervening in cancer from a pathophysiological perspective.
