GNOMES: an integrated framework for genome-wide normalization and differential binding analysis of CUT&RUN and ChIP-seq data
Background: , a framework that integrates signal normalization, quality control, and differential binding analysis within a unified workflow. Results: is organism-agnostic and can be applied to epigenomic datasets from any model system. Conclusions: simplifies the analysis of ChIP-seq and CUT&RUN datasets, for the identification of chromatin changes.
