) and staging excluded systemic disease. The patient remained hemodynamically stable and was managed conservatively after multidisciplinary evaluation. Serial imaging demonstrated complete spontaneous regression by 6 months. Comprehensive staging and precise anatomical imaging can guide safe observation in isolated epicardial LCH.
