Study on patient perception on digital health platforms in Delhi National Capital Region

The increasing integration of digital health technologies within healthcare systems necessitates a comprehensive understanding of patient perceptions. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey approach is employed, using inferential statistical analysis to evaluate the relationships between these factors and patient perception. The analysis employs multiple regression and t-tests, revealing significant associations between usability, security, privacy, and patient perceptions. Additionally, non-variable factors such as age, education level, and technological literacy are identified as important demographic differences. These findings provide essential insights for the optimization of digital health platforms in fostering positive patient outcomes. The results indicate that usability, accessibility, and reliability & security significantly influence patient satisfaction, while privacy & confidentiality and integration have a weaker impact.
