Cutaneous angiosarcoma

A 76-year-old man presented with persistent facial edema, which was diagnosed as cutaneous angiosarcoma via skin biopsy and ERG immunohistochemistry. As this lethal endothelial malignancy frequently mimics inflammatory conditions, a high index of suspicion is required for recalcitrant facial swelling in elderly patients.
