Digitalization of organic wine production : sensor-based vineyard management dataset

This dataset contains farm-level data from Doppler Winery (Slovenia) collected within the Horizon Europe CODECS project to assess the environmental, economic, and social impacts of digitalization in viticulture. It compares two farm management scenarios: a reference scenario (before digitalization) and a digitalized scenario (after implementation of a sensor-based decision support system). The dataset includes general farm characteristics, use of plant protection products, machinery and resource consumption, and details of the digital solution, with all variables reported for both scenarios.
