Total Black Hole Mass Recalibration and the Inverse Halo Problem
Paper II in the SMBH-DM Halo Framework series. We show that the coupling constant k = 4,120 from Paper I is an effective constant that absorbed the Milky Way's ratio of total black hole mass to SMBH mass. The true coupling (k_true ≈ 129) operates on total collapsed-object mass including the stellar black hole graveyard. Age-weighted contributions remove spin as a free parameter. The inverse halo problem recovers Gaia-Enceladus merger parameters from halo mass alone. Validated across four systems from dwarf galaxies to massive spirals. Resolves the Fornax dSph too-big-to-fail problem. Companion to Paper I: doi:10.5281/zenodo.15193025
