THE NEUTRINO LIGHTSPEED

ABSTRACT This paper presents a fundamental paradigm shift in the understanding of the nature and velocity of light and the constitution of space. We move beyond the Einsteinian concept of a "vacuum" to establish that space is a high-pressure reservoir of stored transparent light, identified as the Universal Neutrino Field. We demonstrate that the measured speed of light (𝑐=299,792,458 m/s) is a Local Velocity (𝑐𝑙𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑙) representing the terminal discharge rate of this field under terrestrial friction. By deriving the Khufu Constant (𝐾𝑐) from the 0.25 Sidereal Variance, we provide a deterministic calculation for the mass of the neutrino (0.095 eV) and prove that the Great Pyramid of Giza serves as the geodetic anchor for these universal-to-local transitions.
