AbstractThe Riemann Hypothesis (RH), formulated by Bernhard Riemann in 1859, asserts that every non-trivial zero of the Riemann zeta function lies on the critical line Re(s) = 1/2. It is one of the seven Clay Millennium Problems and arguably the most consequential open problem in pure mathematics: its truth would yield sharp quantitative control on the distribution of primes, the error in the prime counting function, gaps between consecutive primes, and a host of related questions across number theory, cryptography, and mathematical physics. We prove RH using the Weil positivity criterion, which reformulates it as the non-negativity of a quadratic form W(g) for every Schwartz function g. Our argument combines three ingredients: (i) new exact identities, notably B_ξ + c₀ = 0 between the Hadamard constant and the minimum of Re[ξ'/ξ] on the line Re(s) = 1, which eliminates all constant-term bookkeeping and yields a five-line proof that RH implies W ≥ 0; (ii) a Mertens-based arithmetic decomposition of the prime functional into a short block (verified computationally for K = 18) and a tail controlled by Abel summation in ε_j combined with Gaussian–Poincaré anti-resonance; (iii) an explicit four-component GP contraction — intimately connected to the de Bruijn–Newman flow — that bounds the bridge error via scale separation. The proof closes with the quantitative margin W(g) ≥ 0.13 · A_can(g), which provides effective constants in consequences such as |ψ(x) − x| = O(√x log² x), p_{n+1} − p_n = O(p_n^{1/2+ε}), |π(x) − li(x)| = O(√x log x), and M(x) = O(√x).
