Association of Hemodynamic Parameters with Clinical Outcomes in Cardiogenic Shock: Insights from Full-Flow Micro-Axial Flow Pump Data in a Retrospective Single-Center Study
Early vasoactive burden was associated with clinical outcomes in Impella 5.5-supported patients. No association between P-levels and the analyzed hemolysis surrogates was detected in this cohort. Distinct phenotypes across recovery outcomes may guide personalized management, but prospective validation of this exploratory and hypothesis-generating analysis is needed.
