Informational Admissibility and the Stabilization of the Cosmological Constant

This Foundational Paper introduces the core formulation of the Multiverse in Vertical Time Theory (MVTT) and its specific application to the cosmological constant problem. The work develops a constraint-based interpretative framework linking informational admissibility, torsional structure, and cosmological stabilization, while preserving compatibility with standard local spacetime physics, through a structural architecture which includes phase-curvature tensors, local branching dynamics, and recursive compile-level realization — all embedded within a spacetime manifold governed by a meta-temporal vertical ordering of time. The paper also explores theoretical and mathematical connections with PGT, Wolfram's Ruliad, Deutsch-lineage simulative interpretations, the Wheeler-DeWitt problem of time, and an Everett-compatible operational bridge with Copenhagen. Full technical development, formal structure, 65 equations, 1 Lemma, a prediction set and 9 appendices are contained in the deposited manuscript. --- Version 2.0 incorporated the revised Appendix (d) on the 9–45 Hz admissibility corridor, a new falsifiability Prediction on its residual coarse-grained signature, and a new Appendix (e) related to local-branching and the possible holographic nature of the reality frames. This updated, definitive version 3.0 carries the following additions: 1. Formal derivation of the Trinity Equation from the Vertical Time Horizon Action (VTHA), with two new equations (17c–17d) establishing the explicit Lagrangian grounding of Λ_eff(τ). 2. Explicit mathematical formalization of the admissibility operator Π_adm, including its full functional definition, domain, and action on the meta-temporal configuration space. 3. Introduction of the vertical Lagrangian structure (VTHA), providing the variational backbone from which the Trinity Equation and the admissibility constraints are jointly derived. 4. EFT counting argument, establishing the formal suppression of non-admissible vacuum contributions within the effective field theory hierarchy. 5. Section III insert, clarifying the structural distinction between the compile-level quantity Λ_eff and standard field-theoretic effective cosmological terms. 6. Full rewrite of Section V.II(a), providing a comprehensive treatment of the observational mapping between the meta-temporal stabilization mechanism and physical-time cosmological observables. 7. Formal promotion of the Constraint Independence Principle (CIP) to Prediction P0 in Section VI, transforming what was previously a qualitative reformulation into an operationally falsifiable consistency requirement, with quantified tolerance, explicit anti-anthropic clarification, and a three-state falsification structure. 8. The Problem of Time is now addressed with an explicit mathematical treatment, formalizing the resolution of the Wheeler-DeWitt timelessness within the vertical meta-temporal ordering parameter τ, and establishing the operational distinction between physical time t and the compile-level ordering sequence. 9. Reinforcement of Section VIII Conclusions, connecting the entire theoretical architecture to the technical roadmap of the companion Monograph, framing the present paper as the establishment of the criterion and the Monograph as the venue for its operational execution.
