Unified Theory of Systemic Failure: Core Equations Redefining Chronic Diseases

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This paper is an outdated, deprecated draft and is formally superseded by the author. It is no longer considered the official or complete version of the hypothesis. The sole valid, final, and authoritative version is **Paper 18**:https://zenodo.org/records/19652558 All content, opinions, and conclusions in this outdated draft have been updated, corrected, and replaced by the final official version. This work is provided solely for historical version tracking purposes and is not intended for, and should not be used for, any medical, clinical, or treatment decision-making. This study presents two core, minimalist mathematical equations that unify the pathological mechanisms of cancer and four major chronic systemic repair failure diseases (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE; Alzheimer’s Disease, AD; Parkinson’s Disease, PD; Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS). Departing from traditional views that attribute chronic diseases to cell aggression or autoimmune attacks, this theory establishes that all chronic diseases stem from systemic functional defects at the cellular/tissue level, followed by pathological amplification. The two equations—Cancer ≠ Tumor (for cancer) and Chronic Systemic Failure Disease = Source Defect + Repair Failure + (Inflammation × Vicious Cycle) (for chronic repair failure diseases)—are validated against clinical big data and AI-driven analysis, redefining diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for chronic diseases.
