Privzemanje umetne inteligence v kozmetični industriji v Sloveniji
The thesis examines the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Slovenian cosmetics sector and explores how its meaningful use can be increased. The theoretical part draws on technology adoption models, while the empirical part is based on seven interviews with companies and laboratories.Findings show that AI is mostly used for routine tasks, whereas advanced applications remain limited due to lack of expertise, resources and governance. The thesis offers insights into key adoption drivers and recommendations for further AI uptake.
