Definitions of work from home and its formsThrough the literature analysis we encountered many definitions of Work from Home and in this part of work, we will present them, starting with Putri and Amran (2021) who see Work from Home as a generic term for a wide variety of working practices that involve information communication technologies (ICTs) and a work location other than a main office.Choukir et al. ( 2022) mention the term teleworking which is uscd in its current context to indicate working remotely, away from the office.Generally, teleworking is conducted from home, thus it is somctimcs callcd "homeworking".Telework reemerged over recent years as "a new management practice", a "policy"", an "arrangement" or a "forced" issue.It is not a new phenomenon that has been enabled by IT development, authors agree.However, they state there is no globally admitted definition of telework.Based on its many definitions, telework is viewed as the organization of work by using ICTs that enable employees and managers to get access to their labor activities from remote locations.
