Oxidative Stress and Antioxidant Defense During Liver Regeneration After Acetaminophen Toxicity: The Preventive Potential of the Microalga Desmodesmus armatus
exhibited hepatoprotective and redox-modulating properties, which may contribute to a more favorable microenvironment for liver recovery under toxic conditions. These findings highlight the potential of microalgae-based interventions as supportive strategies for reducing liver injury and improving recovery following acute liver injury.
