Statistical Analysis: Descriptive analysis of data was done using percentages and frequencies in the form of charts, graphs, and tables. The Chi-square test was used to find association between variables. A p-value of less than 0.05 was taken as statistically significant. Results and Conclusion: Present study found significantly higher prevalence of post Covid-19 backpain among participants (31.7%) compared to pre Covid-19/non-Covid-19 subjects (23.6%). Around 42.4% of participants reported to be having backpain due to prolonged sitting hours. Exertional musculoskeletal pains/fatigue (43.18%) and obesity (41.5%) contributed to escalation of post Covid-19 backpain. Almost 39% practiced self-medication using analgesic-anti-inflammatory drugs and only 0.8% opted for physiotherapy. Study will help stakeholders and policy makers to formulate means to disseminate awareness about post Covid-19 back pain and its complications among youth. Health care system needs to be well equipped to handle the burden of post Covid-19 back Pain.
