Si‐stereogenic silacarbocycles exhibit significant application potential across various fields, including synthetic chemistry, materials science, and medicinal chemistry. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of Si‐stereogenic silacarbocycles. Organized by catalytic systems ( e.g ., transition metal catalysis, such as Pd, Rh, Ni, Co, Cu and organocatalysis), it details reaction mechanisms, stereocontrol, and applications, while tracing the evolution of key synthetic strategies—notably desymmetrization, kinetic resolution (KR), and dynamic kinetic asymmetric transformation (DYKAT). More details are discussed in the article by Xiong et al . on pages 1638—1656. image

Abstract

Si‐stereogenic silacarbocycles exhibit significant application potential across various fields, including synthetic chemistry, materials science, and medicinal chemistry. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of Si‐stereogenic silacarbocycles. Organized by catalytic systems ( e.g ., transition metal catalysis, such as Pd, Rh, Ni, Co, Cu and organocatalysis), it details reaction mechanisms, stereocontrol, and applications, while tracing the evolution of key synthetic strategies—notably desymmetrization, kinetic resolution (KR), and dynamic kinetic asymmetric transformation (DYKAT). More details are discussed in the article by Xiong et al . on pages 1638—1656. image
