Cancer Guide: Immune-Pathogen Balance, Coexistence with Tumors, and Self-Salvation

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This paper is an outdated, deprecated draft and is formally superseded by the author. It is no longer considered the official or complete version of the hypothesis. The sole valid, final, and authoritative version is **Paper 18**:https://zenodo.org/records/19652558 All content, opinions, and conclusions in this outdated draft have been updated, corrected, and replaced by the final official version. This work is provided solely for historical version tracking purposes and is not intended for, and should not be used for, any medical, clinical, or treatment decision-making. Traditional oncology has long fallen into cognitive misunderstandings, focusing excessively on eliminating tumor cells and shrinking tumor volume while completely ignoring the fundamental pathogenesis of cancer and the core roles of the internal environment and immune system. Based on the unified theory of chronic diseases verified in fifteen previous papers, this paper clearly states the core conclusion: A tumor is NOT equal to cancer. A tumor is a local tissue mass formed by gene mutations caused by long-term accumulation of carcinogens, with no direct connection to bacterial or pathogenic infections. Cancer, however, is a disease caused by the total collapse of the body's internal environment and complete failure of the immune system—triggered by pathogenic infection, persistent inflammation, plus multiple factors such as insufficient sleep, toxin accumulation, hormonal imbalance, emotional anxiety, and impaired intestinal detoxification—on the basis of an existing tumor. This logic applies to all high-incidence cancers including breast cancer and cervical cancer. Inflammation is the core catalyst driving tumor malignancy. The human immune system is naturally hundreds of times more powerful than pathogens. We cannot fight for the immune system, but we can 100% support it to reverse the situation and win the battle. By detoxifying the body, controlling inflammation, and repairing the internal environment, tumors can enter a dormant state of shrinking, drying, and calcification, achieving harmless coexistence with the body. The 40 trillion cells in the human body contain extremely powerful self-repair energy. Through adequate water intake, quality sleep, balanced nutrition, emotional regulation, smooth intestinal function, and hydrogen therapy, we can fully activate immune power and avoid fatal harm from excessive treatment. This guide provides a zero-cost, easy-to-implement self-help plan for the general public to help everyone understand the body and take control of health.
