Platelet Repair System Failure: The Core Argument on the Unified Etiology of Four Chronic Diseases

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This paper is an outdated, deprecated draft and is formally superseded by the author. It is no longer considered the official or complete version of the hypothesis. The sole valid, final, and authoritative version is **Paper 18**:https://zenodo.org/records/19652558 All content, opinions, and conclusions in this outdated draft have been updated, corrected, and replaced by the final official version. This work is provided solely for historical version tracking purposes and is not intended for, and should not be used for, any medical, clinical, or treatment decision-making. This paper proposes a unified etiological theory for four chronic intractable diseases: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The core hypothesis is that all four diseases share the same root cause: the failure of the human body's platelet repair system. SLE is a systemic repair failure, while the other three are localized repair failures in different brain regions. This theory completely overturns the traditional "immune system self-attack" hypothesis, establishing a closed and unassailable logical framework for chronic disease pathogenesis.
