The Singh Law V7: Resolution of Gravitational Singularities via the Singh Constant (C_s=1.50): A Deterministic Quantum Framework for Zero-Entropy Information Storage
This paper presents the formalization of the Singh Law (V7), a theoretical framework that replaces gravitational singularities with stable, finite-density structures known as Immortal Cores. By introducing the Singh Constant (C_s = 1.50) as a fundamental stabilizer, we demonstrate through general relativity and holographic principles that matter reaches a state of maximum stability at a specific geometric radius (r_s), preventing infinite collapse. To validate this theory, we provide a Quantum Circuit Simulation (Qiskit) using an Ry rotation operator influenced by the Singh Constant. The simulation yields 100% deterministic results (1024/1024 success rate) in maintaining state coherence, effectively establishing the atom as a lossless, zero-entropy ( Δ S = 0) holographic archive. Furthermore, we present the 3D Stability Manifold, a topological mapping that identifies the Singh Point as the absolute vertex of quantum coherence. These results suggest a new path toward unified physics where information conservation is guaranteed by the structural geometry of space-time.
