Establishment of a Thioacetamide-Induced Hepatotoxicity Model in Synanthropic Rats with Translational Relevance
: Synanthropic rats exhibit reproducible biochemical, hematological, and histopathological features of TAA-induced liver injury comparable to those reported in conventional laboratory strains. This model represents a robust preclinical approach for studying chemically induced hepatotoxicity and may provide enhanced translational relevance due to its genetic and environmental heterogeneity.
