Locus-Specific Genomic Engineering: A Resonance-Based Mechanism for Somatic-to-Germline Adaptive Inheritance

Contemporary evolutionary theory faces a significant Targeting Paradox: while NaturalGenetic Engineering (NGE) describes the enzymatic tools of DNA restructuring, it lacksa physically defensible mechanism for spatial specificity. We propose the MolecularMirror Hypothesis to resolve how somatic stress is directed to specific genomiccoordinates in the germline. This model replaces stochastic "blind walks" with ahigh-speed Iterative Search Algorithm utilizing 1D Facilitated Diffusion. We positthat stressed somatic cells export a high-fidelity "Selective Work Order" via extracellularvesicles (EVs), paired with a Neural Geo-Code derived from Histone Stratigraphy. The core mechanism involves the RNA search string "snaking" along the DNA majorgroove via rotation-coupled translocation, propelled by thermal motive energy andelectrostatic landscape dynamics. The search is halted by Sequence-SpecificResonance, manifesting as RNA-DNA Triple Helices (Triplexes). This "handshake"recruits NGE machinery for biased variation, establishing the embryo as a responsivebiological processor. Finally, we propose that the evolution of warm-bloodednessprovided the thermodynamic stability necessary to "overclock" this genomic searchengine, ensuring rapid adaptation independent of environmental temperature.
