Dynamics of Elastic Membranes (DME): A Dynamic Structural Framework with Observational Constraints in Galactic Systems

This work extends the original DME framework by introducing a dynamic formulation and a first comparison with observational data. The paper develops an effective structural model for gravitation and cosmology, including a preliminary fit to the NGC 3198 galactic rotation curve. A supplementary spreadsheet is provided to facilitate independent verification of the calculations and comparison with SPARC-based observational data. This study represents a second-stage development of the DME research program, extending the original framework toward dynamic formulation and observational testing. The dataset includes a preliminary fit to NGC 3198 using SPARC observational data, allowing verification of rotation curves, residuals, and χ²-based model comparison.
