Radiation-Substrate Interaction and Cosmic Homeostasis: The Metabolic Universe Model
This paper introduces the Metabolic Universe Model, a steady-state cosmological framework based on the Ginesta Viscosity Coefficient (eta_G)). By defining the pseudo-vacuum as a non-Newtonian medium, the model explains cosmological redshift as an energy transfer process (PETS) rather than metric expansion. The study provides a unified solution to the Hubble Tension, Dark Matter anomalies in galactic rotation curves (M33, NGC 2841), and the unexpected maturity of high-redshift galaxies observed by the JWST. It proposes a homeostatic cosmic cycle where radiant energy is metabolized into vacuum mass ($M=E/c^2$), maintaining a constant state of universal equilibrium and offering an alternative explanation for the illusion of Dark Energy.
