PEQSF Framework: Phase-Organized Quantum Correlations as a Measurable Structural Layer for Stability-Limited Quantum Systems

Current approaches to emergent spacetime rely on quantum entanglement as the primary descriptor of nonlocal correlation. However, correlation alone does not determine how relational structure is organized across extended systems. In particular, correlation strength does not specify alignment, distribution, or stability under realistic conditions, constituting a structural gap in current formulations. This work introduces the PEQSF framework as a formulation-level approach addressing this gap. The framework distinguishes between correlation and organization by assigning entanglement to correlation and phase coherence to structural alignment. Within this formulation, phase coherence functions as the organizing variable governing the stability and distribution of correlated quantum structure. The proposed framework establishes a structural mapping between organized quantum correlations and emergent spacetime interpretation, providing a physically structured basis for analyzing coherence-dependent organization beyond correlation strength alone.
