DoshaReport: a Translational framework for functional Homeostasis and Biological literacy
Description The DoshaReport represents an innovative translational bridge between traditional Ayurvedic semiotics and modern systems Biology. This methodological framework provides a standardized protocol for converting biomolecular markers and clinical observations into a qualitative functional language. By utilizing a deterministic logic-gate system, the DoshaReport offers a support tool for assessing biological resilience and optimizing the "biological terrain" without infringing upon the clinical-diagnostic domain of conventional medicine. Methodological innovation The core of the framework is the Agni-Ama Composite Score (AACS), a mathematical formula designed to quantify the ratio between metabolic efficiency and catabolic accumulation. Furthermore, the framework introduces standardized Hydration Kinetics protocols (based on thermal reduction ratios) and the S.E.E. (Systemic-Endocrine-Enzymatic) Logic-Gate for the selection of botanical synergies. This approach ensures that the assessment is repeatable, objective, and subject to the scientific criteria of falsifiability: any functional hypothesis generated by the report is subordinate to, and must be validated by, empirical clinical biomarkers. Technical implementation & Intellectual Property The DoshaReport methodology is supported by a proprietary computational engine. While this document fully discloses the underlying logic, mathematical formulas, and decision matrices to ensure scientific transparency and peer-review viability, the source code of the DoshaReport Engine (Python-based) remains undisclosed for intellectual property protection. The engine serves as a deterministic tool to eliminate operator bias and ensure high-fidelity data processing. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of liability This framework is the result of original methodological engineering by Valentina Luongo (Consultant in Scientific Naturopathy). The author is not a medical doctor. Scope of work: the DoshaReport is a tool for "Biological Literacy" and functional optimization; it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical pathology. Professional validation: as a methodological design, this framework must be validated and implemented exclusively by licensed medical professionals or competent healthcare institutions. Clinical supersedence: any suggestion provided by the Logic-Gate system is purely illustrative and must be overruled by the clinical judgment of a physician and official medical guidelines. The author disclaims any liability for the improper use of this framework in place of standardized medical care.
