Deterministic reconstruction of SPARC galaxy rotation curves using a fixed operator framework. This release includes:- reconstruct_sparc.py (core reconstruction)- avity_plot_generator.py (plot generation) Reproduces Tier 1 galaxy fits with ~0.004 dex RMS residuals.
