AI GUIDED MICRO DROPLET SYSTEM

The AI-Guided Micro Droplet System is designed to achieve high-precision control in droplet formation and dispensing processes using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The system integrates sensors, actuators, and intelligent algorithms to monitor and adjust parameters such as droplet size, flow rate, and timing in real time. The prototype includes a micro-pump mechanism controlled by embedded programming and supported by sensor feedback for continuous optimization. AI algorithms analyze the collected data to maintain consistency, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency compared to conventional systems. The system can be applied in agriculture, biomedical testing, inkjet printing, and microfluidics.
