Reninoma: An Occult Etiology of Hypertension Requiring Repeated Diagnostic Evaluation and Managed by Tumor Enucleation: A Case Report

Reninoma may be undetectable on initial imaging, and repeat diagnostic evaluation is essential when biochemical suspicion persists. Intraoperative ultrasonography can enable precise localization, allowing minimally invasive tumor enucleation instead of partial or radical nephrectomy in appropriately selected patients.
