Interaction with CYP20–3 limits OPDA flux into jasmonate biosynthesis in wounded leaves of arabidopsis grown at eCO2
, CYP20-3 binds to OPDA to limit flux into jasmonate biosynthesis. As well, the CYP20-3-OPDA-SAT1-OASTL-B complex activates cysteine production which can lead to glutathione biosynthesis to buffer changes in the cellular redox state, dampening wound-associated oxidative stress that leads to jasmonate biosynthesis.
