Current Trends on Selected Hotels during Post-Pandemic 2022 in Cavite

This study examines the emerging trends adopted by selected hotels in Cavite, Philippines during the post-pandemic period of 2022 and their effects on customer behavior, hotel reputation, and revenue. Using a descriptive research design and convenience sampling with 100 respondents, the study assessed customer perceptions across three key dimensions: safety, comfort, and entertainment. Findings reveal that most hotel guests generally complied with post-pandemic health protocols, including vaccination requirements and mask mandates. Cleanliness and hygiene measures positively influenced the guest experience, while wellness amenities such as spas, fitness centers, and saunas emerged as valued offerings. The study contributes to the limited body of literature focusing on small to mid-sized hospitality establishments in localized Philippine settings.
