Management of Advanced Peri-Implantitis with Staged Explantation and Delayed Re-Implantation in the Esthetic Zone
Staged explantation, guided bone regeneration, delayed re-implantation, and comprehensive soft-tissue and prosthetic management may represent a viable treatment strategy in selected cases of advanced peri-implantitis.
