Klein–Gordon oscillator with a magnetic field in a cosmic string background
In this work, we analyze a Klein–Gordon (KG) oscillator in a space–time produced by an idealized one-dimensional topological defect, cosmic string, in the presence of a uniform magnetic field. In our analysis, the equations of motion are solved numerically for the scenarios with the exception of the magnetic field in the angular direction, where a numerical solution for the probability density for the particle position is presented, ψ 2 , its behavior is studied by changing in the magnetic field, magnetic quantum number and string’s linear mass density. We interpret the magnetic field as a non-commutativity parameter in the momentum space. Physical observables such as the energy and linear momentum are quantized in various physical situations and their dependence on the string mass density, and the interaction fields are presented.
