The 0=0 Phase-Space Identity: Vol II
Using the geometric framework $0=0$, where the baseline expansion of the universe is defined by constant acceleration $x = \zeta\tau^2$ and the absolute velocity budget $v^2 + t^2 = c^2$, we demonstrate that mass is a localized kinetic demand. Gravity emerges not as a pull, but as a localized deficit of spatial expansion caused by bound quantum states consuming the local velocity budget, culminating in the complete cessation of metric expansion at the event horizon of a black hole.
