Women's right within human rights

This paper examines the position of women’s rights within the broader framework of human rights, emphasizing their fundamental role in achieving equality and justice. While human rights are universally recognized, their application has often reflected structural inequalities that disproportionately affect women across different societies. The study explores how social norms, legal systems, and economic conditions shape women’s access to rights such as education, healthcare, political participation, and personal autonomy.By analyzing examples from various regions, the paper highlights both progress and ongoing challenges, including gender-based discrimination, limited representation, and cultural barriers. It argues that recognizing women’s rights as inseparable from human rights is essential for sustainable social development. The paper concludes that meaningful change requires not only legal reforms but also shifts in societal attitudes and global cooperation.
