WISeer: A 77-Node Sovereign Swarm Topology for Distributed AI Reasoning and Attestation
WISeer is a 77-node sovereign swarm topology built on the Claude Agent SDK, designed for distributed AI reasoning, intent coordination, and cryptographic attestation in research and enterprise workflows. The topology arranges agent nodes in a hierarchical mesh structured around seven functional rings of eleven nodes each, with a central coordinator node (node 0) responsible for cross-ring consensus and identity capsule management. Each node maintains an independent evidence chain conforming to the Evidence-First Security (EFS) model, and inter-node communication is serialised using the iORBi intent framework. WISeer is designed to operate within the Pyraclaw OS sovereign runtime and integrates natively with the Swiss Vault 5-dip codec for compressed state serialisation and the ClawSync R protocol for deterministic state reconciliation across nodes. This paper describes the WISeer topology specification: node roles and ring assignments, consensus mechanism, failure recovery, intent routing, and the attestation pipeline that anchors every swarm decision to a human-verifiable ORCID identity and Zenodo DOI. We evaluate WISeer on a set of distributed reasoning benchmarks and demonstrate that the topology achieves sub-100 ms cross-ring consensus on commodity hardware while maintaining full evidence chain integrity.
