CL5D Hybrid Model v3.0: Autonomous Computational Engine for Phase-Dynamic Systems
This repository contains the v2.1 implementation of the CL5D Hybrid Model, a deterministic autonomous framework designed for analyzing complex phase transitions in high-energy and biological systems. Key Features included in this version: At, Ab, Ex, T, Ct Agents: Multi-agent convergence logic for $C_n$ scoring. Phase II Evolution-Decay Model: Benchmarking and conjugate state analysis. Phase III/IV Stubs: Theoretical singularity and Quantum Tunneling ($W=1.0$) logic for regenerative biology and cell-line recovery. Nyquist Granularity Constant: $N \ge 400$ regions for micro-event capture accuracy. This computational engine is developed as part of Project Chaitanya Shakti for the MeitY (Nano Division) research proposal. It provides a bridge between In-silico simulations and In-vivo biological validation.
