Language Mastery in the Age of AI: Why Language Experts Excel Across Digital Content Ecosystems

This study explores the impact of linguistic expertise on the quality of AI-assisted content creation in the era of large language models (LLMs). As artificial intelligence tools become central to producing blogs, articles, eBooks, podcasts, video scripts, and academic research, the role of human language proficiency has become increasingly significant. Using a comparative research design, this study evaluates outputs from language professionals, STEM experts, and general content creators across multiple digital formats. Findings indicate that language experts consistently produce more accurate, readable, and audience-centered content while demonstrating superior adaptability and efficiency. The study highlights the importance of integrating linguistic competence with AI literacy to optimize content quality across digital ecosystems and provides implications for education, digital publishing, and professional communication.
