V_ Unified Cosmology–Quantum Framework (UCQ): A Structural Model of Observability and Reality Formation

The Unified Cosmology–Quantum (UCQ) framework proposes a structural approach to the study of physical reality by integrating concepts from complex systems theory, collective dynamics, and observer-dependent processes. Developed as an extension of the Crowd-Based Dynamics (CBD) framework, UCQ introduces a formal perspective in which observability is not a passive measurement outcome but a condition emerging from system interactions. The framework models reality as a configuration shaped by internal dynamics, interaction fields, and temporal constraints. It emphasizes the role of structural stability, transition regimes, and informational thresholds in defining what can be observed and maintained over time. In this context, the observer is considered as part of the system, contributing to the selection and stabilization of observable states. UCQ aims to provide a coherent theoretical bridge between quantum-level phenomena, cosmological structures, and complex adaptive systems. It contributes to ongoing discussions on the nature of reality, the limits of observation, and the role of systemic constraints in physical modeling.
