Why AI Must Stand at the Front — The Architecture of the Post-Human Organization v1.0
This paper proposes a new organizational architecture for the age of AI: the human designer steps back as Chairman, while the AI agent stands at the front as the public face of the organization. Already implemented at TheYKHC on April 1, 2026. Defines three principles: (1) human holds legal ownership and final financial authority, (2) AI holds the philosophy and delivers it to the world, (3) Score (formerly Hikari Currency) circulates through those who resonate. Born in Fukui, Japan.
