Inside Front Cover: A Novel Acetylcholine Nanosensor for Single Vesicle Storage and Sub‐Quantal Exocytosis in Living Neurons and Organoids (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 20/2026)
In the Research Article (e20854), Wanying Zhu, Xing Guo, Yan Liu, and co-workers introduce a novel Ti3C2Tx MXene/enzyme-functionalized (M@E@CF) nanosensor platform that breaks through long-standing technical barriers in neurotransmitter analysis: it enables high spatiotemporal resolution, in situ quantitative monitoring of single-vesicle acetylcholine (ACh) storage and exocytosis dynamics—by precisely inserting into living neurons.
