Aedes aegypti Mosquitoes from Central Vietnam Feature Specific Viromic Profiles Linked to Dengue Virus Coinfection
, revealed patterns of both local circulation and genetic diversity. The findings describe distinct ISV profiles associated with DENV infection in a natural setting, providing a data-driven foundation for hypothesizing specific virus-virus interactions. The data underscores the complexity of the mosquito metavirome. Here, we identified several candidate ISVs for future experimental studies aimed at understanding potential functional impact on arboviral vector competence.
