PHILIA-DAN: Dual Artificial Neuron Model — A Toy Model Study on SR→C Coupling Between Two Recursive Artificial Neurons
(Description) This paper presents PHILIA-DAN (Dual Artificial Neuron), a minimal toy model consisting of two PHILIA-SAN units connected by a bidirectional SR→C coupling mechanism. Building on single-neuron passive stability demonstrated in PHILIA-SAN, this study measures the effect of coupling strength (ε) on maturation acceleration, ignition step shift, and SR synchronization. Two coupling variables were tested (SR→Φ and SR→C) across four experimental conditions (2×2 design) and a precision ε sweep from 0.000 to 0.500, using real physical data from CERN dielectron (99,915 events) and ATLAS Higgs (693,636 events) datasets. Key findings: SR→Φ coupling is inactive due to S saturation. SR→C coupling produces measurable maturation acceleration (ignition step 484→247 at ε=0.500), a linear coupling response zone at ε=0.001–0.010, and full SR synchronization at ε=0.500. All results are from local hardware execution (Intel N100). This study provides a quantitative description of dual artificial neuron coupling behavior and does not claim co-evolution or homeostasis.
