Technical Report: Autonomous Traversal Synchrony Algorithm (STA) — Section: Information Efficiency — Phase Closure

Technical report describing the Scale Three Algorithm (STA) for autonomous zero localization of the Riemann zeta function. Phase I scans float64 valleys via alternating sums; Phase II refines via mpmath.altzeta to target precision with residual verification. v2 integrates empirical validation from SSE (n=100 zeros, 3.42±0.39 bits/term), Baker-type non-vanishing guarantee, Kronecker-Weyl characterization of transient phase suppression, and cross-references to SSE v3.1.0, Critical Circle, and Baker Bounds. Serie I working paper.

Abstract

Technical report describing the Scale Three Algorithm (STA) for autonomous zero localization of the Riemann zeta function. Phase I scans float64 valleys via alternating sums; Phase II refines via mpmath.altzeta to target precision with residual verification. v2 integrates empirical validation from SSE (n=100 zeros, 3.42±0.39 bits/term), Baker-type non-vanishing guarantee, Kronecker-Weyl characterization of transient phase suppression, and cross-references to SSE v3.1.0, Critical Circle, and Baker Bounds. Serie I working paper.
