Foreword from the General Chairs

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 43rd IFIP PERFORMANCE International Conference, held at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 11 to 13 November 2025. This edition of the conference was organized as a fully in-person event, providing an excellent opportunity for researchers and practitioners to meet, exchange ideas, and engage in scientific discussion. The IFIP PERFORMANCE conference continues to be one of the leading international venues for research on the performance evaluation of computing and communication systems, encompassing modeling, measurement, and analytical and methodological advances. The technical program reflects the breadth and depth of current research in the field and is described in more detail in the program chairs' welcome that follows.
