The genome sequence of the Figwort Mason Wasp, Symmorphus gracilis (Brulle, 1832) (Hymenoptera: Vespidae)
(Figwort Mason Wasp; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Vespidae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 220.03 megabases and 217.14 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (92.39%) is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 19.73 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
