POLSKA? LITWA? BIAŁORUŚ? NAZWY BIAŁORUSINÓW I JICH OJCZYZNY W KONTEKŚCIE HISTORYCZNYM I KULTUROWYM
The article is devoted to the problem of relations between ethnic and cultural contacts, on the one hand, and national identity, on the other. This relationship is shown in the example of Belarus, whose history is constant contact with other nations and cultures. The names of modern Belarusian lands and their inhabitants and words with the meaning "homeland" are considered. Texts by famous Belarusian writers, cultural and political personalities are provided as factual material.
