Queenshift: Deterministic Control for LLM-Powered Engineering Swarms
Queenshift is a governance-first engineering execution architecture for LLM-powered software systems. Instead of relying on monolithic one-shot coding loops, Queenshift places bounded stochastic workers under a deterministic control spine that governs routing, safety, review, verification, merge, archive, and visible trust surfaces such as artifacts and replay. This architecture note introduces the core thesis, explains the current bounded implementation slice, and outlines the longer-term direction toward specialist families, language and domain capability packs, and cloneable worker pools under durable human supervision.
