Octonionic Geometry and Dark Energy: A Spectral Coincidence in Cosmology

Dark energy remains one of the most enigmatic components of modern cosmology. This work introduces an octonionic framework in which the cosmological constant (Λ) emerges naturally as the product of the dark energy density parameter (Ω_dark) and an octonionic structure (O). Within this algebraic geometry, cosmological observables can be interpreted as invariants of the Fano plane. A striking coincidence is found between the spectral index measured by Planck (n_s ≈ 0.9649 ± 0.0042) and the simple ratio 27/28 ≈ 0.9643, suggesting that inflationary parameters may be geometrically encoded rather than arbitrarily assigned. This approach invites dialogue between mathematics and cosmology, offering a perspective in which dark energy and related parameters arise as natural consequences of algebraic invariants.
