Applicability of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools to Improve BusinessDevelopment: A Systematic Review

Background: Businesses are being compelled to reconsider their operations and tactics due to the rapid advancement of automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The wider effects of adopting and implementing AI are not fully known, despite the fact that AI tools are increasingly being incorporated into business processes to improve productivity, creativity, and market edge. This study explores how AI may revolutionize business processes, organizational layouts, and customer habits Methods: To investigate the various effects of artificial intelligence across industries, a multidisciplinary approach centered on Neo-Schumpeterian economic theory was developed. A comprehensive, scientific approach backed by individual case evaluations was used in this investigation. The model categorized the results into three primary areas: (1) study and creation of artificial intelligence, (2) the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business goals and commercialization, and (3) modifications to business models brought about by AI. Results: Results show that the use of AI promotes significant progress in a variety of industries, speeding up scientific and technological procedures and facilitating information-based choices. However, the research also raises a number of issues, including moral issues, job loss, algorithmic bias, and growing dependence on artificial intelligence. Discussion: AI is more than just an execution tool; it is a revolutionary force that upends conventional wisdom about how companies develop, compete, and expand. Since technological platforms and artificial intelligence skills are now directly linked to creativity, technical skills, and business adaptability are essential resources. Conclusion: The field of business planning and execution is changing as a result of machine learning and AI. Businesses must combine technical expertise with adaptable frameworks and moral leadership to realize artificial intelligence's full potential. To better understand the lasting impacts of artificial intelligence and to create structures that govern its accountability and ethical use, the study urges greater empirical investigation.
